For best results when using mPuppet in Motion, be sure to apply the mPuppet filter to layers that have Scale set to 100%. To control the size of the element, scale the surrounding group instead.

For example, instead of scaling the image layer to 25% and applying mPuppet to it, leave the image scale at 100%, apply mPuppet to it, wrap it in a group, and set the group's scale to 25% instead.
