I've purchased a product but it's not showing up in mInstaller

Purchased product can't be found in mInstaller

The order notification in mInstaller may sometimes be delayed if there are connectivity issues (downtimes, maintenances, bottlenecks etc.) between your Mac and our server.


If the purchased product is not present in your mInstaller after more than 15 minutes, then please go to its Settings via the Cogwheel Menu, [Clear] its preferences, log back in again and check if the problem persists.
