Motion templates are fully compatible with Final Cut Pro, so you can use them there without any problems. Adjustments can be made via Published Parameters list.
After installing the template with mInstaller, you should be able to find following components in Final Cut Pro browsers:
Main Project (shown at the beginning of the promo video) – in Generators Browser, inside motionVFX category,
The Title and the Lower3rd (and separate parts in case of Modular Templates) – in Titles Browser, inside motionVFX category,
The Transition – in Transitions Browser, inside motionVFX category.
